Working Principle of LF1700-D3 Roll to Roll Laminator Machine

2023-10-27 17:47:24

LF1700-D3 Roll to roll laminator machines are used for laminating roll materials such as paper, film, or fabric. The working principle of a roll to roll laminating machine involves two rolls, one of which holds the material being laminated and the other one holds the laminating film.

LF1700-D3 Semi-auto Laminator (8 m/min)
Model: LF1700-D3 Semi-auto Laminator
Max Lamination Width: 1630mm/64″
Lamination Temp: 0~60°C/0~140°F (0~120°C/0~248°F Optional)
Max Lamination Speed: 18 M/Minute
Roller Up and Down: Pneumatic Pressure

First, the material to be laminated is fed into the machine through bottom roll. The top roll then applies pressure to the bottom roll, pressing the material against the laminating film. The laminating film is fed by the top roll, which peels off the backing paper and applies it to the material being laminated.

Once the material and laminating film are sandwiched together, they are passed through heated rollers. The heat activates the adhesive layer of the laminating film, causing it to bond with the material. The rollers also apply pressure to ensure a smooth and even bond.

As the laminated material exits the machine, it is rolled up onto a take-up roll, creating a continuous roll of laminated material.

Some LF1700-D3 Roll to roll laminator machines may also have additional features, such as adjustable temperature and speed settings, variable tension control, and the ability to laminate both sides of the material simultaneously.

Overall, LF1700-D3 Roll to roll laminator machines are an efficient and reliable way to laminate roll materials, providing a durable and long-lasting protective layer.
