LeFu, a leading domestic manufacturer of lamination equipment, today officially launched its next-generation automatic roll laminator – the LF1700-D1. Positioned as a “versatile workhorse for precision tasks,” this model is designed to provide a stable, reliable, and powerful solution for applications where lamination quality, material versatility, and operational safety are prioritized over sheer speed. The LF1700-D1 does not merely pursue high-speed production but achieves an excellent balance of precision, durability, and intelligent control within a maximum lamination width of 1630mm (64 inches).
The design philosophy of the LF1700-D1 is clear: to become a trusted “workhorse” for job orders requiring fine craftsmanship and handling diverse materials. It comes standard with three sets of high-efficiency tungsten steel rear trimmers with a service life exceeding 15,000 meters. Equipped with a fine-tuning switch for precise positioning, it supports simultaneous lamination and vertical cutting, significantly enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency. The machine utilizes a pneumatic pressure control system for roller lifting, ensuring uniform and stable pressure. Its core rollers are made from high-quality silicone composited with solid seamless steel tubes. The silicone roller is particularly notable for its exceptional high-temperature resistance and long service life, effectively preventing air bubbles and wrinkles during the lamination process to ensure a perfectly smooth finish.

LF1700-D1 Auto Laminator (18 m/min)
Model: LF1700-D1 Automatic Roll Laminator
Rear Trimmer: 3 Pcs
Max Lamination Width: 1630mm/64″
Lamination Temp: 0~60°C/0~140°F (0~120°C/0~248°F Optional)
Max Lamination Speed: 18 M/Minute
The LF1700-D1 features an intuitive front intelligent LCD control panel (with English interface), integrated with a pulse-type speed adjustment knob for precise and durable control over lamination speed, temperature, and other parameters. The panel also provides lamination meter statistics and a real-time counter for the past 30 days, facilitating production management. Safety is another cornerstone of the LF1700-D1. The machine has a built-in hand safety laser sensor. Upon detecting foreign object intrusion or a hand approaching a danger zone, the equipment will automatically stop and reverse the film, while activating audible and visual alarms, providing all-round protection for the operator. Additionally, the device features anti-static functionality, effectively eliminating static electricity during high-speed operation to protect internal precision electrical components.

To meet diverse customer needs, the LF1700-D1 offers two temperature control versions: the standard model supports warm/cold lamination from 0~60°C (0~140°F); users can also opt for a hot/cold lamination system ranging from 0~120°C (0~248°F), expanding its material processing capabilities. The machine employs infrared heating with a preheating time of only 10-15 minutes. Its robust frame structure can stably handle rolls with a maximum diameter of 320mm, capable of processing approximately 200 meters of vinyl sticker lamination. The device supports setting a target lamination length and will automatically stop once the preset value is reached, achieving an automated closed loop.
The launch of the LeFu LF1700-D1 Automatic Laminator signifies that users in the precision lamination equipment sector now have a more balanced and professional choice that excels in quality control, material compatibility, and operational safety. It is particularly suitable for users in printing finishing, signage, advertising production, and packaging industries who have stringent requirements for finished product quality and need to handle various materials.
